AT WORK
I'm being mistreated at work! THIS IS VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE.
Violence in the workplace is referred to when an employed individual suffers from abuse, threats, or attacks in circumstances related to their job, which implicitly or explicitly jeopardize their safety, well-being, or health (both physical and mental). This encompasses both physical violence (physical assault on the worker or causing damage to the organization’s or personnel’s property) and psychological violence (intimidation, threats, behaviors of psychological violence that are likely to cause psychological and moral harm, etc.).

SEXUAL
I have experienced SEXUAL VIOLENCE.
Sexual violence encompasses any non-consensual sexual behavior. It includes actions such as exhibitionism, using obscene language, unwanted touching, or rape. Women are more often victims, while men are frequently the perpetrators.
The various forms of sexual violence are often categorized by the means used to subdue the victim: physical force, psychological coercion (intimidation, threats or manipulation), or incapacitation through the use of drugs or alcohol, preventing the victim from defending themselves.
What to do if I experience sexual violence?
After any incident of sexual violence, it is crucial to confide in someone you trust and seek immediate medical attention.
