WHAT IS IT?
Free legal aid can be requested by all those individuals who do not have sufficient financial resources to litigate in a judicial process, preventing them from asserting their legitimate personal rights in civil, criminal, labor, administrative, and commercial matters.

You can submit a request for legal guidance services to the LEGAL GUIDANCE SERVICE at the CITY OF JUSTICE.

The service is open on all working days from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., or you can also visit the courthouse in your area of residence.

OFFICE OF MUNICIPAL CONSUMER INFORMATION
WHAT IS IT?
The Office of Municipal Consumer Information (OMIC) is a free service that offers information and guidance to consumers and also mediates in conflicts that may arise between consumers and businesses to seek an amicable resolution.
If you believe you are experiencing abusive treatment and/or overcharging, OMIC handles all matters related to the consumer sphere, primarily:
Goods (such as automobiles, appliances, toys, and clothing).
Utilities (water, electricity, gas, telephone, and internet).
Services (insurance, transportation, commerce, travel, banking, workshops, etc.).
