Asylum application

Individuals who have left their country of origin due to a well-founded fear of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinions, membership in a particular social group, gender, sexual orientation, or individuals who cannot return to their country of origin due to well-founded reasons that pose a real risk of harm to their life and/or integrity.

• Be a non-EU national or stateless person.
• The application must be submitted within a maximum period of one month from entry into Spanish territory or, in any case, from the events that justify the well-founded fear of persecution or serious harm.
• Attend the appointment on the specified date and time.

As a general rule, appointments will be available on Wednesdays starting from 3:00 PM until they are fully booked.

Important notes about the appointment:

• 1 call = 1 appointment for an adult. Minor children under 18 years old may be included with one of the parents.
• Individuals without an appointment will not be attended to, including minors.
• Calls will only be answered from Spain / national numbers.
• ONLY RESIDENTS IN THE PROVINCE OF VALENCIA WILL BE SERVED. THIS WILL BE VERIFIED.

• A copy of the passport, including only the pages with data (biographical and stamps), in an organized manner. The original document will be required at the time of submitting the application.
• Provide information about your residence in the province of Valencia, including a Certificate of registration (Empadronamiento).
• Passport-sized photographs: 8 passport-sized photographs.
