1. DEFINITION
Access to decent housing is a right that must be guaranteed to all individuals, as it represents a key element in the process of social integration and a starting point for creating and developing a life project.
HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS:
Tips for finding housing in Valencia.
- Real estate portals: These are platforms where property owners or real estate agencies advertise rooms or apartments for rent. The most commonly used ones in Spain include Idealista, Fotocasa, Spotahome.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Do not make any payment in advance without signing the contract or without having seen the apartment/room. Ask the landlord if they allow registration, even though it is a right; many times, landlords may not permit it.
